About Me
Alfred Kofi Ntiamoah is a passionate athletic & personal trainer, public speaker, blog writer born and raised in Hamburg, Germany. His love of athletics began at the age of five and that unwavering passion has stayed with him ever since.
To pursue his lifelong dream, Alfred made the bold decision of venturing out to America right out of high school. His relentless dedication led to him earning a full scholarship to Johnson C. Smith University, which allowed him to play football, run track, and train with professional athletes. In 2015, Alfred completed his personal trainer qualifications and launched his brand, TheLion88.
When he isn’t training his clients, Alfred enjoys reading great books, watching movies, eating good food, and venturing out to see more of the world. In addition to being a Licensed PT, UEFA B Licensed Football Coach and he holds a B.S. in Marketing.
Alfred’s personal motto is “No ifs, no buts… Just get it done” and knowing that he hasn’t reached his full potential is what further fuels his drive to succeed and improve daily. In the near future, he aims to be the proud owner of his very own gym, write multiple books and to help young adults become great men & women.
Currently, Alfred is working on building his portfolio as a trainer, life coach and business entrepreneur.
