I’m sure most of you guys have seen my breakfast variations on my snap or Instagram. I really prefer oats over almost everything, however, you can’t always do that. So, I try to vary my breakfast options from eating eggs (scrambled or cooked) to drink smoothies etc.
Today, I decided to create a special oatmeal breakfast, which will give you guys a nutritious start into the day.
4 Spoons of Steel cut oats
1 Spoon of chia seeds
1 Spoon of flax seeds
2 Scoops of SMUT superfood protein powder
1/2 a Handfull of Cashews
1/2 of a Banana
1 Tea spoon of Honey
Prep – 2 min. | Cook – 5 min. | Ready in – 7 min.
- Put all the ingredients together in a small pot.
- Pour around 3 cups of water over it
- Now put the pot on the stove and let it cook for about 5 min.
- Once that is done you can now scratch it all out into a bowl and enjoy your power breakfast 🙂
