I’ve been going to Alfred for Personal Training sessions between theatre jobs with the aim of maintaining a level of fitness I’d already gained through my dancing whilst learning and developing new exercises. I feel like I’ve achieved all of this and more. I am stronger and smarter in my training and have improved my technique on basic exercises where I was before unsure. My sessions were tailored to my own strengths and weakness and were always careful of my previous injuries. I am more confident in using the gym now and my own self-training sessions are more effective thanks to the experience I’ve gained through the personal training.
